Caring for orphaned and injured wildlife is a 24/7 operation ... (although at times we do enjoy sleeping and other family life activities 😉). We are all volunteers so we try our best to respond to urgent wildlife calls as soon as possible between the hours of 9am-8pm everyday! For non-urgent inquiries, please allow us 24-48 hours to get back to you.
After hours: keep the animal in a secure and ventilated box with a small fleece blanket, in a warm, dark, quiet location.
DO NOT FEED!!
